R&D Operational Excellence Team Leader

In this role, you'd be the driving force behind creating seamless collaboration between the Fundamental R&D teams, Zone R&D teams, and various SN Business Interfaces. In this position you will be reporting into the Strategic Portfolio & Governance Director and you will have the following account abilities and responsibilities:
- Lead the transition & implementation of the operating model for the new SN R&D Categories organization, aligning structure, processes and resources with strategic objectives (in synch with FMCGs) - to standardize the ways of working within One R&D;
- Implement for Specialized nutrition Categories an effective governance structure to improve global project management and decision-making between the R&I Categories team and the Advanced, M&NS, UX and Regional R&D teams;
- Prepare and drive the SN R&D led meetings, such quarterly project reviews with global teams and/or zones ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly communicated and adhered to, monitor action, report to senior management, outlining key findings, progress and strategic recommendations;
- Act as a key liaison between the different functional areas of the organization to foster a collaborative innovation environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing between SN R&D, zone R&D and core R&D teams.
