Counselling in English, Afrikaans, or Dutch for anyone feeling stuck in life after a drastic change or traumatic experience, who would like to move on, but don't know where to start. I work holistic and client-based using integrative psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and EMDR. Sessions are online or live.

Need to get your mojo back? Abandon anxiety? Dissolve depression? Solve sexual difficulties? Stop smoking? Accept what you can’t change? With over 20 years clinical psychology experience I use neuropsychological approaches to help you reach mindful solutions relatively rapidly. Weekend/evenings online. I can also help basic English or Dutch speakers.
