Pathé Expat Night, taking place once a month at selected Pathé cinemas in the Netherlands, is a chance to watch movies in other languages with English subtitles. After the film, expats are welcome to stay for a drink, mingle and chat about the film.

Now, Pathé invites internationals, expats and newcomers to Pathé Expat Night: a night where selected Pathé theatres will show movies with English subtitles, because you also deserve to enjoy that foreign movie, regardless of your level of Dutch.

Every third Thursday of the month at 7pm you can make your way over to Pathé City in Amsterdam, Pathé Buitenhof in The Hague or Pathé Eindhoven to enjoy a captivating movie with English subtitles. Afterwards, there's an opportunity to mix and mingle with other expats and chat about the movie.
Every month, there is a new movie with English subtitles, kicking-off with Hors Normes. Hors Normes is the new movie from the director duo Éric Toledano and Olivier Nakache (the makers of the popular French film Intouchables).
The movie tells the extraordinary story of two good friends who put their heart and soul into helping children with autism, who, until they meet the kind pair, feel they have no place in society.
