Beautiful apartment in 1930’s building. Great location, just 450m from Kralingse Plas (lake) and park (great for running and other activities). The Kralingen area is by far the most popular area among students. Close to University, lots of shops, restaurants and close to city center, public transport and highway. Erasmus University is only a 10 minute bike ride (2.4 km) away and stop for tram 7 to Erasmus University is only 200m away.

The apartment was recently upgraded and refurbished in order to rent out to three students (i.e., you will share the apartment with two flat mates, but each tenant has her own room). Nb. The pictures still show the furniture of the previous owner. Therefore, they provide a good idea of the room space, bathroom and kitchen, but not of the new furniture.

The apartment is modern and the rooms are fully furnished for use as a student room (each room has a bed, desk, chair (or couch) and closet space), with a shared bathroom and two separate toilets (shared). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. There are a number of balconies to sit outside.

As per August 31 (possibly earlier), three bedrooms will become available for rent. Leases generally end on August 30, but can normally be extended thereafter. Registration with the Rotterdam municipality is allowed.

All rooms are 18 m2, and all rooms have balconies, albeit of different sizes and exposure. The room on the top floor front side is actually a combination of a bed room and a study room, together 18 m2. There are five balconies in total. Basic room rates vary between €690 - €738 per month. The current tenants have requested to live with only three tenants (instead of four), so that they can have a large living room (21 m2) and an extra study/guest room (6 m2). For the use of the shared living room each tenant pays €150 extra and the landlord covers the rest.
The basic room rates do not include utilities, internet and municipal levies, and do not include the monthly charge for furniture, etc.. The all-in room rates vary from € 960 - € 1,008, and include the use of the living room and the extra study/guest room. These prices include municipal levies and building association fees. The all-in prices include also €50 for furniture, furnishings, bedlinen, towels and fully equipped kitchen. The all-in prices also include €70 as advance for utilities and internet, to be settled based on actual use.

The living room has a dining table and a sitting area with a large TV. The additional study/guest room has a desk.

The all-in price of room A2 is € 994.
The all-in price of room B2 is € 1,008.
The all-in price of room B1 (together with B3) is € 960.

All prices are for 12 months (or longer) rental periods. The total apartment space is 119 m2. We prefer renting to only female students in this apartment.

The Ramlehweg apartment is one of the nicest student apartments available in Rotterdam. Visits or online viewings can be organized based on your wishes.
