Maximum stay is 6 months initially! If both parties are happy there is a possibility to stay longer. Please if interested send a request for maximum 6 months. A beautiful room.
Room is furnished and upholstered.
The kitchen was recently renovated and has everything needed such as kitchenware (cutlery etc) including a dishwasher.
The Bathroom is quite big and is provided with a washing machine and dryer. Bedding and towels are included.
There is also Wi-Fi internet and a nice sunny balcony that you can enter through the kitchen.
Rules: Regular rules apply as living with 3 people. No disturbance to neighbours.
Rent is all-in, including Gas, electricity, water , internet and tax.
With a rental period of 3 months, the rent is €550 instead of €525.
Please note that apart from the booking fee there will be a one-time fee of 200 euros directly paid to me for the administration and cleaning costs.
