Whether you're looking to immigrate to the land of tulips as an individual, a small business owner or a multinational corporation with a global workforce, the dedicated team at Royal De Gruijter will give you the royal treatment with their full range of relocation services.

A personalised relocation package that doesn’t break the bank

Your relocation needs are as unique as you are, and that’s why Royal De Gruijter has created the Mondrian relocation package. It’s called the Mondrian because, just like the Dutch artist’s most famous work, it is a collection of individual elements (relocation services) that fit together to form a unique work of art - your personalised relocation experience!

Contact Royal De Gruijter for royal treatment during your bespoke relocation

Using your lump-sum allowance as a guide, Royal De Gruijter’s relocation consultant will design a relocation plan that is tailored to your priorities. You (and your HR department) can draw on their experience and expertise while you remain the architect of your relocation to the Netherlands.

Customisable at every stage

The Mondrian breaks your relocation down into three phases: the preparatory phase, the arrival phase and the departure phase. Each phase has separate services that you can include in (or exclude from) your package.

Royal preparation

Preview tour, immigration solutions - including visa applications - cultural training, home search and temporary accommodation.

Royal landing

Household goods moving, pet relocation, vehicle transport, school search (local and international), settling-in services - including local registration, bank accounts and cell phones, spousal assistance, guidance on the 30% tax ruling, and a local orientation tour that includes sports facilities, supermarkets and your nearest medical practitioners.

Royal return

Departure assistance, including the winding down of rental agreements and outgoing inspections.

A dedicated account manager

Moving to a new country can be overwhelming, but don't worry. You'll have an expert by your side every step of the way! Your dedicated account manager will make recommendations and suggestions to help you adjust to life in the Netherlands - all while making sure your relocation goes smoothly from start to finish.

They will also manage all external service providers on your behalf and report back on progress at pre-agreed intervals. There will be no demands on your time and no surprises, just the peace of mind that comes from knowing your relocation is being managed by experts.

The Royal Warrant of quality since 1920

First established as De Gruijter in 1881, the Royal title was adopted in 1920, when Royal De Gruijter earned the royal warrant for the quality of removal services performed for the Dutch royal family. This privilege is bestowed on only a few Dutch companies, and it is one they are naturally very proud of.

A company that has been awarded the royal warrant is subject to regular audits and inspections to ensure that it remains worthy of the title. Royal De Gruijter attaches great importance to quality, in keeping with the obligations that their title brings. As an expat in their care, you are assured of a personal service delivered with integrity by staff who are driven by a passion for their profession.
