[Video] Dutch storm creates chaos

On Thursday, January 18, a storm raged across the Netherlands and led to a code red. People were being blown over by the wind and portable toilets could be seen sailing along the bike lane. Many were injured and serious accidents occurred. Here is a video which sums up the events.
