Randstad Multilingual: Meet Eline Eline Randstad Multilingual

Randstad Multilingual consists of a great, international team. Meet Eline:

“Let me start from the beginning. I am Eline, and I have been working at Randstad Multilingual for a year now. 'So, what is it that you do?' I can hear you ask. I am a recruiter, and my mission is to find the best match between the multilingual vacancies we have, and you: the multilingual job seeker! What I love most about my job is making a real connection with the people I speak to and guiding them through the journey that is finding a new job in a foreign country. I meet people from all over the world and help them in their next steps in their career. How great is this?”

The team

Randstad Multilingual’s team is made up of people from different backgrounds, like Eline, which makes them understand the candidate’s viewpoint even better. They are an international team, with members from Greece, the Netherlands, France, Germany and New Caledonia. Being so culturally diverse, can sometimes lead to small miscommunications, but this has taught Randstad Multilingual to be even more open and understanding of different backgrounds and cultures. On a less regular basis, they also have vacancies for only English speakers, or Spanish, Portuguese and Italian speakers.

Testimonial from Yann Yann

Who is Yann? Yann is one of the best examples of Randstad Multilingual’s personal approach. He moved to the Netherlands from New Caledonia, and they got in touch with him through one of their customer service vacancies, which he applied for. After talking to him, they realised that his passion for helping people would also be very relevant for a different position, the one of recruiter in their own team! If you apply for a vacancy today on their website, there is a high chance you will be in contact with him!

Testimonial from Clemens Clemens

Clemens is the newest addition to the team. Originally from Germany, Clemens has travelled five continents and has seen very different cultures already. Speaking four different languages, he certainly is a true multilingual.

Clemens is now part of the recruitment team and is looking forward to becoming specialised in recruitment processes and HR administration. In particular, his German skills are highly needed to check the language level of the candidates. If you apply for a German-speaking position you will most likely have a chat with him.
