Fanny Spruytte

Fanny Spruytte is a Belgian-born sinologist and China expat who has called the Amsterdam region home for 25 years. As an intercultural leadership and team coach, intercultural business trainer, she helps individuals, teams and leaders give words to what gets lost in translation — bridging cultures for better collaboration. Through her company 4U2GROW coaching & training, she has been doing this work for 15 years. She lives in the Amsterdam region with her husband and two children.
