Els Brouwer

Els has been working for more than twenty years in the recruitment sector and now at Projob, an agency that offers not only recruitment but also careercoaching. She is responsible for mediation of Interim Professionals or Freelancers. Working for and with people in an ever-changing employment market offers pressure, lots of learning opportunities, satisfaction and a good deal of fun. Great demands are placed on your ability to find solutions and your communication skills, but fortunately she and her colleagues think, live and laugh together really well. The notion of quality behind the service provided by Projob is really important to her, as is the fact that there is scope for personal growth and making one's own contribution.
