Many people want to advance their career with professional development but worry about balancing study, work and personal life.

To overcome this obstacle Webster University is offering a new global MBA that is tailored to your lifestyle!

The 1 Year MBA program

The 1 Year Master of Business Administration at Webster University Leiden is a new accelerated option that allows students to complete their MBA within twelve months.

Just as with longer programs, the 1 Year MBA offers opportunities to build a global network, gain an international perspective and acquire substantial leadership development skills.

A popular graduate program

As graduate employability becomes an increasingly important indicator of a university's performance, Webster's 1 Year MBA program has already proved to be an instant hit at the Webster's campuses in Geneva and St. Louis. Webster University Leiden starts its 1 Year MBA in the fall of 2015 with an intensive cohort program.

Dubbed "the Faster Master's" by Webster University students, this program provides participants with individual career management support and job coaching to help them prepare for new job opportunities during and after completion of their degree.

High demand for MBA graduates

According to a recent survey by the Graduate Management Admission Council of 185 companies worldwide, (including 41 Fortune 500 companies) more than 85 per cent of employers plan to maintain or increase headcounts for new MBA hires.

An international student body

The majority of Webster University Leiden’s graduate students come from countries outside the Netherlands. "This has fostered a very international environment, in which students become familiar with the customs of other cultures," explains Chrisoula Papadopoulou, Head of Webster’s Department of Business & Management.

"This is a great asset for our students if they go into international business. Our alumni are not only incredibly talented, but also have the flexibility to work in international settings involving lots of travel, as well as relocations along with their families," Papadopoulou adds.

Jan de Ruiter, CEO of the Royal Bank of Scotland in the Netherlands, is a Webster MBA alumus. He chose Webster because of the right mix of a practical approach to academic issues combined with a truly international environment. In his words, "A Webster MBA is no pie in the sky!"

A community of individuals
Webster's MBA programs reflect the university's commitment to personalized education. Every student is assigned an academic advisor who provides them with an individualized academic program plan and truly cares about the success of the student.
