Customer service

In this Sales Support role, you would be responsible for assisting the Italian Country Manager (and other markets, as needed) with customer and sales related tasks. This would include direct customer contact, order entry/processing and other administrative support. You would also be responsible for spotting sale signals and up-selling when possible, so a commercial mindset is needed. Next to this, you would be helping the Country Manager and Back Office team with ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise.

All in all, a supportive role with the opportunity to grow into much more!


For this position, a commercial mindset and proactive attitude is required. You need to enjoy administration and also enjoy working with customers. A passion for the interior design sector would be a huge plus!

Here are the actual requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in an office-based position;
  • Professional level of Italian and English, and another EU language;
  • Living within commutable distance from Zeewolde;
