As a Customer Care Representative for the German market, you would be responsible in assisting your clients with the entire sales process. All of the sales and orders are processed online by the customer themselves, but you would be assisting with any issues or questions that arise. Also, if there are any quality issues or questions regarding logistics, you would collaborate with those departments to be sure your customer receives the best care possible. You would also be assisting with the localization of my client's website, putting your German skills to good use!


- A bachelor degree;
- A bubbly, positive and flexible personality;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- A C1 or C2 level in German (spoken and written), and a professional level of English;
- Availability for 32-40 hours per week;

Our client is an online wholesale company based in Utrecht, and they are focused on selling plants to their clients all throughout Europe (B2B). In order to keep up with the rapid growth of the company, they are looking for an inbound Customer Care Representative to support the German market.
