As an International Business Manager you'll spearhead our E-commerce department's growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client' presence in international markets. You'll be instrumental in launching new web shops and countries, coordinating projects, and analyzing data to drive sales targets and financial proposals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the E-commerce department to expand current international markets and explore new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends to strategically identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support and mentor E-commerce Managers to ensure their success and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic policies and plans.
  • Coordinate projects, including web shop renovations and product launches.
  • Maintain seamless communication between departments to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze data and trends to prepare sales targets and financial proposals.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Reside in the Northern Netherlands with access to own transport (car).
  • Preference given to candidates already living in the Northern Netherlands.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in an SME environment.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and experience in managing small teams.
  • Candidates with diverse backgrounds, such as Management Assistants in SMEs, are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in large international companies not preferred; we value hands-on experience.
  • You have valid working permit
