Customer Service Representative | French

Our client is an expert on the crypto market, and they are looking for an ambitious colleague who is eager to help their customers in the best possible way. As the company has just expanded to France, French language skills are necessary. Do you speak French and English, and even Dutch? Any affinity with crypto or willing to learn about crypto? Say no more, I will introduce you to the client right away!
In this role
- You will support customers via different channels: mail, phone, social media;
- You will answer questions and administer customer data and orders;
- You will make sure that you inform the customer properly about the services of the company.
What is required for this position?
Your communication skills are excellent and you don’t shy away from talking on the phone. You have empathy and are understanding and patient. As you will be working at a highly ambitious company, it’s important that you also want to strive for more.
- Excellent French, English and preferably Dutch language skills
- Willingness to learn about cryptocurrency
- Full-time availability
- VOG form
