As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers within the French-speaking countries. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them with orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, etc. Answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement.
  • Order Management: Process and track customer orders accurately. Ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time, and proactively communicate with customers about order status.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any customer complaints or issues quickly and effectively. Take responsibility for finding solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Anticipate their future needs and proactively capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and sales to ensure a smooth operational workflow. Communicate effectively to ensure that customer requests and requirements are handled correctly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues. Regularly compile reports on customer satisfaction, order processing time, and other relevant KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the French language, both orally and in writing. Good command of the Dutch and English language.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CS
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a definite advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
