In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the German and UK sales team, playing a pivotal role in maximizing efficiency, supporting customer success, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central member of the EMEA team, working alongside several department;
  • Provide technical assistance and support to colleagues within the Sales Operations team;
  • Assist customers in maximizing the benefits of online educational solutions;
  • Support the onboarding of new customers onto the platform effectively;
  • Facilitate the ordering and invoicing process to ensure smooth transactions;
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales support or customer service;
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous;
  • Experience or affinity with the automotive industry;
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) platform is advantageous.
