Customer Service Representative with native level German

As a Customer Service Advisor you are in daily contact with a variety of customers. As a Customer Service Advisor you are the first point of contact for German speaking clients. Your main tasks will be:
- You will be answering incoming contacts by mail and phone from customers- You are a problem solver. You help customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving any product related problem.
- Handling RMA
- You will be logging customer details, documenting the problem, and finding solutions
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction in all customer contacts
Besides providing excellent Customer Support, you will be involved in other creative tasks as well, for example:
- You will be responsible for translating content for the website
- You will be responsible to integrate SEO tools
- You work together with external parties as well


Your personality can be described as resilient, inquisitive, and you have a positive attitude. You also have excellent computer skills and a good knowledge of Windows. Besides that you can follow up procedures and you are a problem solver with great troubleshooting skills. Furthermore, you have an excellent command of German and English and of course you have a talent to provide excellent customer service.
