As an Office Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes monitoring office supply stock level, coordinating logistics for samples and packages, supporting the styling team with sourcing samples, assisting with travel arrangements for management and other ad-hoc tasks as required. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and forwarding them accordingly, greeting guests, arranging meeting rooms and generally ensuring a positive client experience.
All in all, your days will be full and dynamic – no two days are the same!
Our client is looking for someone who is professional, proactive and personable. It’s important that you are resourceful and a master problem solver, in addition to being detail oriented and organized. Due to the international environment within the office, it’s important that you have excellent communication skills. In addition, the following are also required:
- Similar experience in an administrative role, or in hospitality;
- Highly presentable and discreet;
- A professional level of English, both written and spoken;
- Fluency in Dutch is preferred;
- A valid driver’s license;
- A valid Dutch work and residency permit (this role is not applicable for sponsorship);
- Living within 30 kilometres from the office
Our client can offer a full-time (40 hours/week), fixed-term contract (with intention to extend) in an international and dynamic company. The salary for this position is dependent on your experience, but starts at €2.400/month gross.
