Your role will be a Technical Support Specialist, delivering exceptional technical assistance to the clients in France and Spain.

This is a Hybrid position (WFH up to 3 days). But in the first 2 months, you are required to have the onboarding 100% from the office.

· Handle incoming support requests via email and telephone, promptly addressing customer's technical issues while ensuring their satisfaction.
· Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems, providing guidance on the setup and operation of ultrasound systems and accessories. Identify and isolate hardware malfunctions at the PCBA level.
· Offer comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle, including technical assistance during pre-sales demonstrations, product installations, and configurations.
· Conduct root cause analysis for failures when necessary, and document problems and solutions in an electronic knowledge base.
· Provide valuable feedback to the product development and engineering teams regarding serviceability issues.
· Maintain responsibility for upholding the company's quality system and meeting its requirements.
· Utilize company guidelines and processes to create Service Requests, accurately recording customer complaints and inquiries in the CRM system.
· Assist distributor and customer technicians in troubleshooting, supplying part numbers, and pricing for equipment not covered under warranty.
· Support field sales and application staff during sales visits and the installation of new equipment. Provide service and parts to field sales staff for their demonstration equipment.

Requirements:

We are in search of an individual fluent in French, Spanish, and English that have :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk position, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing and servicing of medical equipment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Oracle software products is preferred.
  • Proficient in using MS Office products.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude, organizational skills, and a strong focus on client relations and customer service.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting abilities, capable of identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • Knowledge of networking principles to provide basic troubleshooting and support for network connectivity.
  • Capable of handling multiple inquiries and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with customers.

Salary Benefits:

Direct contract from our client
Salary range between €38.000 - €43.000 annually gross based on a Fulltime including holiday allowance (depending on the experience)
