In this role, you will make sure that the order process runs smoothly. To do so, you will check the orders that come into the system (Exact) and release the order to the warehouse based in France. You will also be in charge of supporting the billing process by carefully checking all billing data. Other than that, you will be the point of contact for French speaking clients and the warehouse located in France. Being the main point of contact, you’ll be able to answer incoming questions via telephone and e-mail and ensure that everyone has the updated information.

Requirements:

- Business level of French, at least C1+
- A good understanding of the Dutch language as training processes and internal communication will be in Dutch. At least around a B1 level
- At least a B1 level of English
- You enjoy customer communication and administrative work
- At least around 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Available between 40 and 32 hours, 40 preferred
