Customer Service - French & Spanish

As Customer Service specialist B2B, you will mainly:

  • Develop customer fulfillment strategies
  • Focus on on-time delivery and support of the various key accounts
  • Notice opportunities for improvement in existing supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with their webshop teams and external logistics stakeholders
  • Be in charge of the order to cash processes for their key accounts
  • Order management, managing open balances and the execution of (promotion) orders
  • Coordination with inbound and warehousing about the receipt planning and storage options
  • Optimize the management dashboard
  • Run and analyze reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly base


  • Bachelor - or Master's degree
  • Experience in the Wholesale/Fashion industry
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Analytical, strong communicator and flexible
  • Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP
  • 32 - 40 hours per week
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and French
  • Available within max 3 weeks
