who are you

  • You speak and write German at a (near) native level
  • You have good communication skills and you would like to be in a role where you are in contact with people

what will you do

  • You process customer orders
  • You answer B2B and B2C client questions through phone, email, and chat
  • You proactively assess a client's needs and act accordingly
  • You analyze customer feedback, and proactively make suggestions for improving processes
  • Because of your flexibility, you like to help other teams out when needed!
