Requirements:

  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of customer support business to business experience
  • You are an intelligent team player
  • You have a positive mindset and always go the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service.
  • You show initiative and can work well in a fast paced environment.
  • You come up with solutions for customers in a timely manner and make sure their experience with is a positive one.
  • You have a good technical affinity, are curious and a fast learner
