HR Coordinator

Reporting to the HR Director based abroad, the position offers a wide range of duties for a 30-employee office in Amsterdam and other offices in EMEA.

HR Responsabilities

  • Execute all administrative HR tasks
  • Carry out the monthly payroll process to ensure a compliant, correct payroll process
  • with the support of a payroll provider.
  • Manage sick leave process and liaise with ARBO, employees and managers.
  • Provide professional and pro-active support and advice to employees and managers.
  • Manage onboarding processes for employees
  • Analyze and coordinate trainings
  • Support HR processes
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, managers and external agencies with relation to all HR
  • matters.
  • Manage and follow up consultant’s costs

International Recruitment

  • Perform recruitments for the company for international roles
  • Manage the 360 selection process
  • Work with country-managers to identify local online sites specific to targeted audience.
  • Lead the hiring process for assigned roles and engage suppliers/agencies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of each source used.
  • Manage the entire selection process

Projects and Development

  • Participate in all HR related projects/initiatives
  • Improve organizational design and efficiency
  • Coach and advise on a wide range of core human resource functions including HR policies,
  • company culture and best practices


Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an international organization.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Dutch labor law, knowledge of tax, social security regulations and requirement.
  • Excellent track record of leading and managing HR operations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in management.
  • Autonomous, well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Great people skills and sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and in writing
  • Must be located in the Netherlands
