What will you do:
- Communicate transparently with clients to build trust and sustain relationships
- Carry out client visits to provide updates and training as well as attending Trade Fairs and Events
- Be proactive in handling customer complaints, looking for solutions and following up
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and manage any order changes
- Manage month end invoicing and ensure invoices are processed on time
- Keep client information up to date in the system
- Active promoting the company's brand
Requirements:
Who you are:
- 3 Years work experience in Supply Chain Customer Service in Europe
- Excellent communication skills in English (any other European language is a +)
- Great time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Multi tasker, detail oriented, hands-on mentality and self motivated
- Knowledge of MS Offic, SAP or other ERP/CRM Systems
- Able to travel for work
- You must live close to Almere/ Amsterdam region
- You must have the valid working permit for the Netherlands. Our client does not support Visa Sponsorship
- Candidates who live abroad will not be considered
