What will you do:

  • Communicate transparently with clients to build trust and sustain relationships
  • Carry out client visits to provide updates and training as well as attending Trade Fairs and Events
  • Be proactive in handling customer complaints, looking for solutions and following up
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing and manage any order changes
  • Manage month end invoicing and ensure invoices are processed on time
  • Keep client information up to date in the system
  • Active promoting the company's brand

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • 3 Years work experience in Supply Chain Customer Service in Europe
  • Excellent communication skills in English (any other European language is a +)
  • Great time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Multi tasker, detail oriented, hands-on mentality and self motivated
  • Knowledge of MS Offic, SAP or other ERP/CRM Systems
  • Able to travel for work
  • You must live close to Almere/ Amsterdam region
  • You must have the valid working permit for the Netherlands. Our client does not support Visa Sponsorship
  • Candidates who live abroad will not be considered
