Wanda Winterboer

Wanda’s career reflects her ongoing curiosity about how people change and grow, shaped by various HR roles and studies in humanities and coaching. She is a People Strategist, ICF Certified Coach and the founder of Grow Nova in Den Haag. As a recovering overthinker herself, she supports leaders and professionals from different nationalities, who find that overthinking is getting in the way of clarity or confidence, and the life they want. Her work integrates a range of proven coaching approaches at its core: recognizing that much of how we see, connect and the words we use to communicate happens below our conscious awareness, and that thinking and sensing happens without words in the body too.
