As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for supporting the commercial team in all aspects of the sales process, including logistics and export. Your role will support distributors and clients in South America, Australia, the Middle-East, Africa and Asia. You are the go-to professional in terms of client support and order management. Here are some of your specific responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relationships with partners (mainly distributors), both existing and new;
  • Carrying out sales promotions and marketing communication;
  • Planning, organizing and supporting commercial campaigns at trade fairs;
  • Order processing from intake to shipping, including export documentation and management;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, a friendly and customer oriented demeanor is needed. Next to this, you are organized and structured, and not afraid to pick up the phone. Here are the hard requirements:

  • C1+ level of Spanish, and professional level of English;
  • A2+ level of Dutch, and the desire to improve;
  • Some international and commercial work experience, preferably in international trade;
  • Living within commutable distance of Raalte;

They are active in over 100 countries, and support the entire European market from their office in Raalte. They are currently looking for a Spanish speaking Inside Sales Representative employee to strengthen their team.
