In this role you will be responsible for operational tasks regarding the employees, such as the preparation of payroll. As an HR Operations Manager you will mostly be in contact with the recruitment and finance team and will report to the Head of HR.

This allows the consumer to see an overview of all the products that local entrepreneurs have to offer and often have them delivered to the chosen address within one day. The orders are delivered by cargo bikes, which makes them faster, fairer and more sustainable!

In this role your duties will include:


  • The preparation of payroll;

  • Collaborating with the payroll office and finance department;

  • You are the go to person for the employees regarding their questions;

  • HR Administration and contractual matters;

  • Employee matters, such as performance and absenteeism.

For this position the salary is between €2500 and €3000 gross per month, based on a full time employment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidates meets the following requirements:

* You have experience with HR systems, experience with NMBRS is preferred;
* 1 year work experience in an HR Operations position;
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre);
* Experience with managing payroll processes;
* Knowledge of the Dutch Labor Law (pre);
* You are eager to learn, proactive and want to become an expert in your field.
