Brand Manager needed in the Pharmaceutical industry.

An organization in the pharmaceutical industry that prevents and treats diseases, from HIV to respiratory diseases, and immune-mediated conditions like lupus, and cancer is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Identifying an implementation pathway for this new brand;

  • Localizing Global campaigns in line with market needs, proposal solutions, and identification gaps in content or technology;

  • Marketing strategy development (aligned with EU where possible) and campaign implementation;

  • Implementation of campaign material and activities in the Dutch market;

  • Implementation of EU best practices in the Dutch market;

  • Effective management of agencies to deliver communication objectives by brand ensuring quality, timings, and budgets are all met effectively;

  • Develop and lead the implementation of a strong Multichannel plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team;

  • Develop a Multichannel Customer journey for our Portfolio;

  • Localize and adapt the Global MA and digital activities for the Dutch Market;

  • Implement innovative Digital projects in the Dutch Market (AI, Virtual reality, etc).


  • For self-employed persons, the hourly rate is between €80-90. There's also the possibility of a flex contract via our agency for 3 months, in which case an attractive monthly salary applies.

  • There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 3 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this.

  • Hybrid working opportunity.

  • Full-time working week.


Requirements:

* Master in Business, Medical, Pharmacy or Biology;
* Minimum of 4 to 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical marketing experience (Ideally HIV or Injectable therapeutic area), Product launch experience, additional sales experience preferred;
* Dutch pharmaceutical market specifics understanding;
* Experienced in multichannel and shaping customer journeys;
* Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with key opinion leaders;
* Strong project management skills with an ability to lead multiple projects across an x-functional team;
* Strong customer focus with an ability to develop, leverage customer insights, and translate them into tactics.
