The apartment is located in the corner of the Weesperzijde (next to the Amstel River), one of the nicest and most relaxing spots of Amsterdam with a local character with a lot of nice choices for restaurants and cafes.

The apartment and building were fully renovated a few years ago as well as the balcony. It is energy-efficient (B level) and it is situated on the second floor (no elevator). It has a spectacular view of a big private garden, a true hidden gem. During the summer you can enjoy the small balcony during the day and warm nights.
