The olives are always carefully hand-picked, cold pressed and bottled under the family’s supervision at a traditional olive mill.

Currently, members of Panagouleas family are far away from home. Nostalgia, with its strong taste and aroma, aims to give a vivid recollection of memories of the Greek countryside.

The premium quality is a result of the rich Messinian soil and the family’s love for olive oil. Agourelaio, or unripe oil, is nutritionally superior to regular extra virgin olive oil and requires more olives during the cold pressing process.
