Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring compliance with regional laws and regulations while conducting financial accounting. Collaborating with your team members, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Drawing upon your extensive experience in financial administration and your knowledge of accounting, reporting, and fiscal legislation, you will bring a proactive approach, along with organizational and analytical skills, to the role.   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (closure).
  • Being in contact with banks, big auditors and the sales HQ - UK team.
  • Execute day-to-day financial operations in adherence to tax, legal, internal procedures, tax returns, including VAT, payroll tax, and income tax, in collaboration with third-party advisors.
  • Perform local GAAP reporting.
  • Coordinate both internal and external audits with support from third-party consultants and senior team members.
  • Oversee outsourced payroll administration, process and code incoming invoices and expense claims.
  • Recharge and reconcile intercompany transactions between Interface entities.
  • Prepare balance sheet specifications, month-end accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.
  • Identify and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, organized, analytical, independent and innovative personality
  • Mid-level degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a complex international organization.
  • Proficiency in various automation systems, including MS Office and ERP systems (experience with JDE is advantageous).
  • Fluency in English C2, both written and verbal and Dutch is a big plus.
  • You have valid working permit
