Field Sales Manager | Dutch | Remote

Established in 1998, our client is a leading European distributor of security solutions, providing CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms, and more. They offer high-quality products, technical support, and training to professionals across Europe.

They are currently looking for an ambitious and independent Dutch-speaking Field Sales Manager to join their team and help with the further expansion of the business. This position offers a high level of independence and autonomy in creating your work day and driving decisions. If you have 2+ years of experience in the electronics/ electronics security sector and a strong commercial instinct, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Main Responsibilities:

After the initial on-boarding period, the position requires presence in the office (near Breda) every 2 weeks. 

• Conduct analysis and market research for business prospects.
• Recruit and retain new clients while managing existing ones.
• Manage client portfolios by conducting commercial visits, providing advice, and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Address customer inquiries in collaboration with technical and management teams.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop commercial strategies.
• Innovate and identify new business opportunities.

Who we are looking for:

• Familiarity with the electronics industry or electronic security.
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Determined individual with effective client communication abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English at an advanced level.
• Valid driving license
