Our client in the online marketplace industry is a dynamic team of innovators dedicated to revolutionizing the way people connect and transact. We're searching for a skilled Senior Product Owner to join their vibrant community and drive impactful change for their office in Utrecht.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs such as CSAT, Churn, CES, and ARPU.
• Own and prioritize product backlog and roadmap based on data and customer insights.
• Drive product strategy to facilitate seamless connections between tradespeople and homeowners.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Design, and IT teams.
• Set up product objectives aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in a Product Owner or equivalent role.
• Passionate about enhancing UX design and uncovering new product opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in fostering collaboration with commercial teams.
