As the company grows, they are looking to add to their administrative team, give you the opportunity to join a team of industry innovators as Admin and Office Assistant at their office in Hoofddorp.

As Admin and Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination of the workforce, financial reports, logistics and asset management. Additionally, you will work closely with the management and stakeholders to uphold highest industry standards.

You will join a company offering their volatile products across industries like entertainment, automotive, education, governmental institutions, and robotics. An organized office and structured schedules are undeniably important to the reputation and operational excellence of the company.

Your work would include, but not be limited to:


  • Maintain and update databases as required.

  • Enter and monitor purchase orders and invoices in SAP.

  • Manage communication with government authorities and vendors.

  • Coordinate telecom services for company lines.

  • Provide daily administrative support to the logistics team.

  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials as requested.

  • Manage office calendar, meeting rooms, and on-site events.

  • Screen calls, letters, and visitors on behalf of staff.

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas.

  • Procure supplies and hardware as needed from in-house provider.




Desired Qualifications:


  • Discrete and professional etiquette.

  • Embracing an entirely on-site work structure.

  • Exceptionally structured, organized, and forthcoming style of working.

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably interdepartmental.

  • Great communication skills in English.

  • Basic Dutch knowledge is a plus.

  • Basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
