An organization in the pharmaceutical industry that uses innovative ways to separate proteins from blood plasma and convert them into life-saving drugs is looking for a senior project manager to join their team.

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will be managing large multidisciplinary project teams;




• Identify Sponsors and Stakeholders involved in the projects;




• Coordinate project proposals and project plans, and ensure correct communication;




• Determine the scope of the project by collecting wishes and requirements;




• Determine tasks, activities, roles, and responsibilities for the project team members;




• Prepare project-related budgets and business cases;




• Carrying out risk analyses;




• Determine project timelines and quality of deliverables.

A challenging full-time assignment until the end of 2024 in Amsterdam (onsite for the first three months, hybrid after). For self-employed the hourly rate is between €100-120. There's also the possibility of a flex contract via us, in which case an attractive monthly salary applies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years in a project management position preferably within the pharmaceutical industry in a production environment;
* Experience in designing Pharmaceutical process engineering, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, process validation, and equipment validation;
* Knowledge of project management systems and tools (eg MSOffice, MS Project);
* Knowledge of GxP, cGMP procedures, EMA/FDA requirements & risk management tools HAZOP/FMEA;
* Experience in plasma or other protein manufacturing environments is a strong plus;
* Talent for writing clear and complete documents;
* Fluent in English and ability to speak Dutch is a plus.
