Amsterdam
Free, registration required

American citizens and people with a U.S. nexus living and/or working in the Netherlands are welcome to join the free seminar on Understanding the implications of US FATCA.

About the Seminar

The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) has proven to be challenging for many American citizens living overseas.

Possible banking lock outs, withholding fees and potential penalties can cause headaches for everyone affected by FATCA regulations.

Besides, it is not just Americans who are subject to FATCA legislation; people with (close) ties to the United States are bound to be affected as well.

Beacon Financial Education will discuss the implications of FATCA, the law’s key provisions, the various IRS reporting forms, how to properly and efficiently implement FATCA with your accountant and FATCA compliant wealth management during their free event in Amsterdam, October 11.
