Little Italy in Amsterdam
Little Italy, the event dedicated to Italy and its famously fantastic food, will be at the helm of Westergas in Amsterdam for three days in February 2019.
Travelling and tasting are the themes of this Italy-centred celebration. Organised by the editors of the magazine De Smaak van Italië, there will be plenty to spark your imagination: Italy-themed workshops, tasting sessions and travel organisations, to give you insights into planning your future travels to Italy.
An Italian marketplace in Amsterdam
There will be exhibitors present, including travel providers and holiday accommodation promoters, to help you plan your next trip to Italy. There will be a food market, live entertainment, an abundance of food from different regions of Italy, as well as Italian design and fashion stands. Good coffee will also play an important part at the event, from espresso to cappuccino, from mocha to macchiato.
Over three days, visitors can join the tasting tables, from olive oil to Italian delicacies. At the cooking theatre, chefs will be giving cooking demonstrations, so you can take home some new skills and inspiration to last a lifetime.
The Little Italy three-day event is growing rapidly: due to the success of the previous editions, the event is expanding to include the Machine Hall, alongside the already familiar Zuiverings Hall.
