Leiden Culinary Beer Tour (Proeftocht: Culinaire Bierwandeling Leiden), a culinary beer walk in the centre of Leiden in March, is entirely devoted to beer-food combinations. Chefs from five restaurants in Leiden have put together five dishes that each go together with a specially-chosen Dutch beer from a small brewery. Expect an extremely tasty experience.

Stroll from one restaurant to another on an attractive walking route. A lot of attention is paid to the beer-food combinations that are served. The organisers work with predominantly regional products, so traditional Dutch food is likely to be featured and the carbon footprint is considerably low.
When you arrive at the first location, your glass and your walking itinerary will be waiting for you. You can even take the glass home afterwards!
