Located in Zaandam city on 5 minutes walking distance from Zaandam train station, a studio in a relatively new building with kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. The living room has a French balcony by windows that can be opened up completely. This apartment is fully furnished with new boxspring beds, wardrobe, sofa, desk/table and TV. At initial check-in a complete set of bedding, linnen and towels set will be provided. Washing machine is also available inside of the accommodation, and can be controlled by Smart app. Maximum of 2 persons (as related/married couple, not friends). Internet connection is available with fiber access and 100/100 mbps.
Service utility charges are excluded but all-inclusive billing is possible. Additional charges for these utility bills will be approx. 181 euro depending on usage. Registration is allowed. Rental available for students or related couples.
Supermarkt and convenience stores are on 5 minutes walking distance from the studio. Main city center is about 8 minutes walk. From Zaandam train station there are several direct train connections that connects to Amsterdam CS (12 minutes) and Schiphol airport (22 minutes).
