Welcome!This furnished room (approx. 16m2) is in our apartment. The property is over 80 m2 and is located at the 'Heeswijkstraat' in Voorburg (border The Hague).
The apartment was renovated from the inside in 2017 and has a bright bedroom, shared kitchen/bathroom/toilet/garden. You share these facilities with three other tenants (adult and career-minded students and/or ex-pats).
There are cameras at the front/-backside of the apartment for surveillance.
Present in the common areas is, among other things, wireless internet, a refrigerator, freezer, and induction cooker.
In your room, you have a single bed, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe. From the room, you have a garden view. From the kitchen, you have access to the garden. The room is located on the ground floor.
The apartment is located in the pleasant historic and beautiful city of Voorburg. The street/neighbourhood is quiet and neat. The ideal place to concentrate for work and/or study.
Voorburg is a city and former municipality in South Holland that merged with Leidschendam on January 1, 2002, to form the current municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg. Voorburg is located on the Rijn-Schie Canal and borders The Hague, Rijswijk and Leidschendam.
Both the centre and the Haagse Hogeschool, Eurojust, KPN, T-Mobile and other organizations are located about 5-20 minutes by bike. The bus/tram/train also stops a short walk away, with a direct line to The Hague CS and Scheveningen.
The district is characterized by nice shopping centres, cafés, restaurants, a swimming pool, a library, and parks. You will find several supermarkets, hospitals, daycare, primary/secondary schools, and a gym next to the Voorburg train station.
All the costs below, are to be paid within 24hrs after booking the room:

Registration with the municipality is permitted. As soon as you become a tenant, it is important that you provide your proof of identity and registration to an educational institution and/or proof of employment.
