The owners of the apartment are Leo en Mies, who are very nice and open minded people, and their dog Iwan who live on the first and second floor beneath the apartment. A parking permit for one car is available ,for the most time,and on request two bikes can be lend in order to quickly manoeuvre through the city of Utrecht.
