👉Rental conditions:

The accommodation is fully furnished
The accommodation has 6 studio bedrooms with private bathrooms en toilets, one is yours.
The accommodation has a nice kitchen
The bedrooms are suitable for ONE person
The registration is POSSIBLE
No rental allowance is available
Smoking is only allowed outside
Even though we love puppies and kittens, it's not possible to have animals in the accommodation

✅ Each of the studio bedrooms comes with:

A desk with one chair, a big wardrobe & storage cabinet
A double boxspring bed with mattress, clean bedding, & towels.
The rest of the spaces are fully equipped as well.

🔌 Utilities

The utilities costs advertised are based on estimated consumption. The costs are will be accurately calculated based on your own consumption.

👉 Payments:

Service cost (Utilities, internet, cleaning, municipality taxes, furnishing*) | €314 per month

Security deposit| €3004
One-time administration fee per tenant | €299

*Here specified as other (€132) supplied by another company

* The cleaning is not optional, this will be done weekly and yearly there will be a deep cleaning.

The TOTAL share per month including utilities will be 1502 euros

👉Check-in

Check-in appointments can be carried out from Monday till Friday between 10 AM & 5 PM and Friday till 4 PM. Normally, it is not possible to check-in on weekends or on commonly recognized public holidays in the Netherlands.

Co-living contract:
This means you will collectively rent the full apartment for 6 people. You all will be on the same contract, which has maximum 2 years. This enables you and your housemates to decide who your next housemate should be. It also gives you the freedom to move whenever you want when you or your housemates find someone to replace you.

After reading this I can imagine that you are halfway into packing your suitcases. Don't forget to pack your umbrella! We've got you a towel, we've got you freshly made bed and even a new toothbrush. But sadly, we can not always provide you with sunny weather.
