The street is car-free, and is the shopping street of the city, in the range of 300 meters there are two shopping centers and various boutiques and restaurants.
The property is freshly renewed 2 years ago and is equipped with all commodities including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
The bathroom is located in the master bedroom and the toiled is in the common corridor.
