Description:
All utility expenses (gas, electricity and water) are included in the rent. This is a nice room which is located in Princelaan. There is a bus stop under the apartment where you could take the bus 36 directly to the Kralingze zoom or Alexander. AH, Jumbo, Action are within 10 minutes' walking distance. Biking from it to Erasmus University is only 12 minutes on the Google map. The neighbor around the apartment is really quiet, and it is preferably lived by old people.The Kralingze zoom lake is within ten-minutes walking distance. Whoever enjoys studying and likes to keep everything clean and neat is welcomed. A small room in Princelaan. I have to come back to my country during the summer holiday. Whoever wants to take care of the room during summer is welcomed.
