House in Rotterdam, Alie Smedingpad

Im subletting my room in Rotterdam from August until the end of December. Since it’s a sublet, registration is not possible.

The rent is 565€ all-inclusive. The house is shared with 2 girls, therefore Im looking for another girl to take over my room. The house has a living room with a spacious kitchen, a small garden, and a garage where you can store your bike/other things. The decorations in the room can either stay or go, it’s up to the new tenant.

It’s located 10 minutes biking from EUR, 7 minutes from a metro station, and within walking distance to a bus stop, groceries, pharmacies, etc.
