By bike you are within 10 minutes at the Zuidplein shopping center and via the Erasmus Bridge with 15 minutes in the heart of Rotterdam. The location of the district, near the hotspot areas Katendrecht and Wilhelminakade and the well-known Zuiderpark is excellent!
