A fully furnished room (10 m2) in a shared house with internationals. Rent is excluding utilities and a deposit is added to the rent for these costs. Internet is included. We're looking for a clean, tidy, social and responsible person. It's not a party house. Kitchen, shower and rooftop terrace are shared. No pets! No smoking! The house is fully equipped, so no need to bring bedlinnen, cooking utensils etc. Registration is possible. The house is located in a quiet area in the Bas Paauwestraat, right next to the river. It’s a nice walk or run along the boulevard up to Brienenoord nature island. There’s a passenger / cyclist ferry across the river for a quick and easy commute to Erasmus university.
Message me with your intended length of rent, if you're working or studying, etc. Looking forward to your replies!
