A fully furnished room (12 m2) in a shared house with internationals. Rent is excluding a deposit for utilities. Internet is included in the rent. We're looking for a clean, tidy, social and responsible person. It's not a party house. Kitchen, shower and rooftop terrace are shared. No pets! No smoking! The house is fully equipped, so no need to bring bedlinnen, cooking utensils etc. The room has a rail for hanging shirts and coats etc. A closet can be put in if needed.
The floor in the room and on the first floor is replaced by a new one (so not in the pictures and in the movie).
The house has a permit of renting out, so registration is allowed.
